Do I have to consign my entire season, or can I sell only specific events?
Either works. Most clients consign only the events they can't attend — keeping the family games, selling the road-trip-conflict weekdays. Tell us which events you plan to attend, and we handle the rest.
Do I have to give you my season ticket account credentials?
No. Your account stays yours. Most modern ticketing platforms support delegated transfer through their own systems — you initiate the transfer to the buyer at game time, or grant us limited transfer authority through the platform's tools.
Do I keep my season ticket loyalty status and points?
Yes. Listing tickets for resale through us doesn't affect your STH loyalty status, points accrual, right of first refusal on playoff games, seat-relocation access, or any other benefits. The team treats sold tickets as "used" inventory for loyalty purposes.
How quickly do my tickets list after I send them to you?
Typically within 24–48 hours of receiving your schedule and selections. For premium games we list as soon as the schedule is announced, because the early-action premium captures the highest-yield buyers.
What if I change my mind and want to attend a game I asked you to sell?
If we haven't sold the ticket yet, we pull the listing and you get the seat back. If we've sold it, that ticket has transferred to the buyer — but we can often help you find replacement tickets through our buyer-side inventory.
What's the difference between consignment and the team's official resale marketplace?
Team-official marketplaces are typically single-platform with team-controlled pricing. Our consignment is multi-platform with our pricing strategy, which historically nets sellers more on premium events. We're independent — no exclusive arrangements with any team — so our incentive is maximizing your realized revenue.
What happens if a ticket sells on two platforms simultaneously?
This is the biggest risk in DIY multi-platform listing. We mitigate it through real-time inventory sync across all six platforms — the moment one sale closes, the listings on the other five are pulled automatically. Double-sale events are rare in our system.
How are payouts taxed?
Resale payouts above the IRS reporting threshold trigger a 1099-K, and threshold rules have been changing year over year — talk to your CPA about your situation. We're not tax advisors, but we can pull your year-end transaction summary anytime you need it.
What about parking, club access, and other STH benefits?
Parking passes are usually transferred separately and priced as their own asset. Club access is non-transferable in most teams' programs — buyers get the seat, not the club. We coordinate the full transfer package so the buyer gets exactly what they paid for.
