Where to sit: the best seats at the rodeo
The action happens on the dirt in the center of the floor, and the concert stage rotates into the middle after the rodeo. That makes the lower-level sideline and club sections the sweet spot — close to both the rodeo and the stage. Upper-level seats are the budget play and still get the full show and the big screens. Which nights are worth it?
Every ticket includes both the rodeo and that night's concert, so even a "value" night is a full evening of entertainment. Headliner concert nights — major country, pop, and hip-hop acts — are the hot tickets and command the highest prices. Special days like Go Tejano Day and Black Heritage Day are also major draws. Getting there & what to know
The rodeo is held at Reliant Park, with multiple on-site parking lots — arrive early on concert nights, when traffic and crowds peak. Weekday rodeo performances typically start around 6:45 p.m. (concert about 9:15 p.m.); weekend performances start around 2:45 p.m. (concert about 5:15 p.m.).
